Feature Request: Define search endpoint & domain name in wp-config

For my dev, stage, and prod environments, I have a corresponding dev, stage, and prod cloudsearch instance.

My database is duplicated nightly from prod to stage and dev.

I’d like to define the search endpoint and domain name in wp-config – a file which *doesn’t* get overwritten in the duplication.
