Feature Request: customize title around tag

The short code of PISSC can be used flexibly for special pages. But when used with Table Of Content, there is no H tag. The title of the article in PISSC uses the P tag. Hope the short code can customize other tags (h3, h4, etc.)

By the way, PISSC’s short code is very flexible and practical. It can not be found in a long period of use. Later, it was found that the plug-in introduction only mentioned one sentence, and did not directly link to the relevant page.

In addition, I noticed that some short code values are 0 and 1, not true and false, which is inconsistent with the introduction. Such as:

I just put a link in the description to the Wiki, where there are some examples and below the explanation of each usable option.

Changed all true/false to 1/0 – the numerical combination works in every case.
