Feature request: customize description test

The default payment gateway description text isn’t really ideal in my opinion. The statement “All credit card payments will be processed by PayPal.” could be understood to mean that even if they don’t select PayPal, their credit payment will be processed by PayPal.

It would be nice if we could modify this text with a settings field like the basic PayPal gateway allows.
