Feature request: Custom db table

  • Add custom table for ACF data save to custom database table:

    Would also make the frontend search functionalities faster when searching through ACF values with it’s own table and index.

    Hey Rookie,

    I don’t really understand the feature request? You want me to integrate “Custom DB Tables” plugin directly in ACF Extended? You want an alternative version?

    The plugin seems to do a nice job on it’s own. However, I’m still looking forward the repeater/flexible content integration which is lacking for the moment.

    Making an alternative version would require a lot of work, and it’s not in the scope of ACF Extended for the moment. However, I should take a look at how to make ACF Extended new fields compatible with this plugin.

    No, my feature request was creating the same and add it into acf extended. But I understand it may be out of the scoop.

    Do this plugin speed up backend and frontend performance as well? Or would it just help organize and make search functionalities faster for ACF fields?
