Feature Request: Custom Code Box

First of all, great plugin. Thank you. I’d like to request an input to add extra lines of code. For example I add this to my Analytics.

setInterval("ga('send','event','5_seconds','read')",5000);";

Currently, I’ve added it to the plugin file. However, I don’t want to forget about it when I update and it be erased.
