Feature request: comment on actions

    It would be lovely if you could set an option if you would like users to be able to comment on actions:

    i.e: you want to install a plugin, a popup asks you to comment on this action. The comment is saved along the activity log.

    A few years later you wonder why this plugin was installed and read back in the log your comment.
