Just a suggestion… (unless this is already possible and I just don’t know how to do it?)

It would be helpful to be able to actually collapse the accordions in the Edit Field Group page, like you can when you are editing a post to which you’ve added those fields.

When you are creating or editing a field group with 60+ fields, it gets very difficult to find any single field. It is also hard to drag a new field (that you have added at the bottom) up to a high position.

Similarly, it would be helpful to be able to be able to add a new field in the middle of the field group rather than only at the bottom. Perhaps by adding to this:

Edit? Duplicate? Move Add New Field Below ?Delete

Thanks, ACF. Keep up the good work!

A possibly easier way to implement adding a field somewhere in the middle of the list might be: continue to add new fields at the bottom, as now, and add a field in the “Add Field/Edit Field” interface for Field #.

If you already have 75 fields, and you want the new one to be in position 12 for example, enter “12” into my newly proposed field.

Similar to the “Order” field in a standard WP Edit Page’s “Page Attributes”.
