Feature Request – clear cache when page receives comment

I’ve just installed Simple Cache to give it a go.

We have busy comments at times, and users are complaining that they don’t see them (especially when they got an email) inviting them to respond.

Would it be possible to immediately clear the cache for the single page on which a new comment is made?

And possibly the home page (which has a list in the sidebar)?
