[Feature Request] Change maximum file upload size

    Personally, I like to keep the maximum file upload size on the smaller side, so that when one of my users goes to add a file, they get a little barked at if the file is too large. BUT, sometimes there is a need to upload that larger file, so something like Increase Maximum Upload File Size or Big File Uploads is handy.

    And I’ll admit that I was amused that when I went to add admin-site-enhancements-pro-latest.zip to my newest site, I got barked at that the plugin was too large for me to upload. ??

    My life is so hard (not!)

    Anyway, I thought it might be a nice feature to add to the list of features ASE can do.

    Thank you for everything ASE does! It is a great plugin.

    I do see one part of this request which cannot be fulfilled: php.ini is owned by “root” in my server, so there is no way for a WordPress plugin to touch the upload_max_filesize = setting.

    The other places this is limited might be nice to be able to modify easily.
