Feature Request: Change 'agree to terms' text

It would be very helpful if we could change the “I agree to the terms” text. Either the ability to include a read-only text field that would specify what those terms are, or the ability to put the terms in the text next to the checkbox. It’s better to have what they’re agreeing to not be too far away from the box they have to check.

I know this can be changed by using that translate plugin you suggest in your video, but if that’s the only reason for installing it then we’re adding extra weight to the site only to change the text of one field. Providing the option to just change the field seems to make a bit more sense.
