Feature request: category list section

Feature request: category list section
– display categories in hierarchy (parent-> child-> child) and in alphabetical order.
– ability to show or don’t show the # of listings in each category, like
Cars (11)
==BMW (3)
== Ford (2)
===Focus(1)
==Tesla (5)
(cache it so that it doesn’t compute every time the page loads.)
– when a category is selected, we see all the listings of that category.
– add category images, or category icons (font-awesome).
