Yes I am aware, but I would like to wildcard specific extensions before I get user registration attempts. For example: *.shop or *.anysubdomain.domain

So you need just use masks. For example:

? name*@example.com (all e-mail addresses with any set of characters after “name” will be blocked).

I don’t want to have to know the domain beforehand. Block certain domain extensions by default.
