Feature Request: Bitcoin Accepted, Shortcode Support

Great Plugin. Thank you. I use it on https://www.misthub.com
Please add Bitcoin support for the plugin. My websites accepts them, I’ve modified your plugin to have Bitcoin as an accepted method, unfortunately I will lose and have to redo this every time you update.

Also please add [shortcode] support. It would be nice to be able to easily insert accepted methods into blog posts and pages.
