Feature request: automatic headers

I would like to be able to import carefully generated csv files (for example after editing the ones that are exported by the plugin). Therefore, to save time I would like the plugin to set all the headers to the right ones (since the ordering of the columns will be correct). Is there a way to do this with the current version?
