    Hi Designs & Code Team,

    I greatly appreciate the work you have put in to come up with this plugin.

    I have a need which I am not sure whether it is in the scope of this plugin or the PRO version. Please advise based on the following question and example.

    If I have two taxonomy fields i.e subject & course. Sample taxonomies & posts are as follows;
    subject – Maths, English,Science
    course – MathsEasy, EnglishEasy, MathsEasy, EnglishHard
    posts(attached subject,course taxonomies) – postA(Maths,MathsEasy), postB(Maths,MathsHard), postC(English,EnglishEasy), postD(English,EnglishHard)

    Is it possible to enter subject e.g Maths and then trigger a function to populate the course field to only show only MathsEasy & MathsHard options by first querying the posts results i.e. postA and postB where subject = maths and then identifying the unique available course taxonomies. i.e MathsEasy & MathsHard.

    I hope I am making sense ??

    This would spare user from
    1. selecting “no result” search and filter combinations
    2. reduce scrolling of dropdown to find desired taxonomy option where hundreds are available.

    Many Thanks,

    Arnold

    This is a great suggestion and will be coming to the pro plugin in a couple of months (it is probably the most difficult feature to include in a plugin like this ?? )

    Thank you for the response.

    Greatly appreciate that you have considered the feature request for the Search & Filter Pro.

    Looking forward to it and will certainly be ‘first in line’ to purchase!

    Regards,

    Arnold
