I am impressed how this plugin works, thank you for your hard work!!

    I would suggest two improvements:

    1. Auto refresh after the scan is finished

    2. Would it be possible after the scanning to also verify and correct the “Attached to” status in the media library (for example, a file is listed as attached to a non-existing page, or it is listed as unattached while it is actually attached).

    Thank you!!

Why do you mean by attached to a non-existing page, or listed as unattached while is it attached? If it is unattached, it is actually unattached…

Do you mean because the image is included in a post that it is attached?

What I mean that quite often the media attached status in the library in incorrect. The media could be included in the post/page, but listed as unattached in the library. Or the other way around – the page is deleted, but the media is listed as attached to that page. There are ways to manually adjust that, but with big media library it is very time consuming process. I hope your plugin would be able to help.

Sorry for the late reply again.

This is possible but the matching between the content of the post and the actual media is a bit tricky and there is no clean / strict way to do it properly. I could “guess” but like I said in the other thread I would like to try to keep the plugin as straightforward and clear as possible. There is probably a few SQL queries you could write for that.
