    Hello,

    sometimes, we need images like screenshot or photos from customers, so it would be great if it support insert or attach images in a ticket. any plan to add this function ?

    Several users requested the same feature in an “Attachment” mode.
    Would like to request you to follow/subscribe the github issue:
    https://github.com/nanodesigns/nanosupport/issues/4

    The feature is currently under development (inshALLAH).
    We’re taking time, because we need a viable solution that should not affect your storage and security issues.
