Feature request: Add weight to content

This is a general feature request, but it would be great if we could add weight to certain Random Content posts if we wanted specific content to show up more often. For example, we want to increase the frequency of an RC post that promotes users to Follow us on Facebook, so that the follow post appears more often.
The existing solution would be to clone a given item, but this approach would be messy to maintain.
