[Feature request] Add indication of all updates being disabled

Hello,

I have a request as in title to add and indication of “Disable All Updates” option being turned on. Disabling updates is kind of a big thing, so just to not forget about it, I’d love to have an icon like in “Disable All WordPress Updates” plugin. Maybe even with option to turn this option off after click.
