Feature request: add click trigger to tag select

Very minor feature request (to save 1 click!)

When adding links, it would be useful to have the TAG selection expanded by default.

Currently, we see the default WP behaviour in the backend: we need to click: choose from the most used tags.

I tried to add this myself, but my skills are v.limited and I was unable to target the LL custom field (I only managed to expand tags when creating a default post!)
