Feature Request – Add a title to the upload

Very nice plugin! I have two feature requests.
1. Can we have an option to add a title to the upload similar to the option of placing it in an album? Currently it posts the name of the actual file.
2. Would it be possible to allow uploads on the activity stream, similar to facebook?
