Feature Request: Ability to configure the excerpt

    I think this plugin has an amazing potential (I’m mostly a Drupal dev). But the excerpt field has very few configuration options. What I’d like to see in the next release is the following:

    1. Ability to configure how many characters or words are included
    2. Ability to remove all HTML
    3. A way to configure if I want or not an ellipsis at the end and maybe configure our own

    If this is already included and I missed it somehow I apologize, if not then I hope you take my suggestion.
