• Hi there,

First of very nice set of widgets for the dashboard.
    I have two small requests;

1] In Dutch the layout overflows a bit due to the length of the translated word for Published, which is Gepubliceerd. I could probably fix that myself but would be nicer to have out of the box.

2] Is there any filter to exclude a post type?
I have once showing up which is not a fully publically one so that might be a bit confusing. If we could have an options page for that or a filter that would be great,

3] Can we easily call the numbers on frontend for Editorial overview, Discussion overview and Content breakdown?

Because then it can be used as a general statistic setup as well ??

Look forward to hearing from you!

    Best regards,
    Patrick Dankers
    Besides that looking great

    Hi @patrick_d1985,

    Thank you for the feedback.

I will have a look at the text overflow issue ASAP. Could you send a screengrab to me at [email protected]? Thanks.

Filter to exclude post type: what exactly do you mean by ‘not fully public’? Even where content doesn’t have public URLs it’s still part of the site structure and should be exposed to editors? But I think maybe you mean something else, so please clarify!

Summary numbers on front end. Interesting idea. I’ll make a note to discuss with the team.

Please note that licensed users get priority support, but we try to look at all issues suggested here.

    Hi guys!

1] Sure no problem I will mail the screenshot later on. It’s a very minor thing though.
2] Well Fabrica Dashboard is aware of all CPT that are public it seems. But what if I would like to not display one of the CPT in the Dashboard (not all backend users on our end work with every CPT for instance, but there are more use cases I can think of)
3] Cool, yeah having them available as a quick front-end stats option would be a nice to have in my book.

As for support I get it for sure ??
But feedback can help make an already great product experience better.

I would like to understand the setup mentioned in point 2 a bit better. If you have users who don’t have access to certain CPTs, does this work via user roles / permissions? If so, perhaps we just need to make sure that a user’s Dashboard is consistent with their permissions. (I think we intended to do that already, but it’s possible there’s an anomaly.)

Could you be slightly more specific with your example to make it easier for me to test the scenario you describe? Eg. give me an example CPT definition with the corresponding permissions / roles you are using.
