    Your plugin is a very interesting. I’m wondering if you’re going to add new features like redirection plugin. Actually this plugin isn’t update and i think the autor stop completly developpement.

    Somes suggestions :
    – When author change permalink in post, create auto redirection perment
    – Full logs for all redirected URLs (existing redirect and custom redirect)
    – Fix href link when url moove

    Hi Sireneweb,

    I like the first idea, I could add a redirect meta-box on each post that will persist through updating slugs, or permalink settings changes. I think that could be really handy.

    2. What sort of data would you like logged?

    3. I don’t think I can fix this one, if a URL changes you will have to update the URL in the plugin manually.

    any news ?

    Is it possible to update the plugin so that it retains social shares for any redirected links? Facebook allows the Like button to be edited so it retains the likes for any redirected URLs. Would be great if the plugin had this and for the other social networks too.

    In Versions 2.1.1+

    1. When using the new post/page selector, the plugin redirects posts/pages by their ID, allowing them to persist through slug or permalink changes.

    2. The plugin logs hits. If you would like more data please let me know what would be important for you.

    4. I haven’t incorporated social shares for a page, I haven’t found a solution for that yet, sorry!
