In the meantime you can use the API to do so, e.g. to disable on homepage:

add_filter('autoptimize_filter_imgopt_should_lazyload','should_lazyload_filter',10,2);
function should_lazyload_filter($flag, $context) {
  if ( is_front_page() ) {
	return false;
  } else {
	return $flag;
  }
}
