Feature request

One feature for the iCal Sync extension that would be a HUGE help is to optionally receive an email alert if the sync process fails for whatever reason. It happens very seldom, but I find that when the sync process runs into an error it stops running on the cron schedule altogether, so one may not notice that the sync hasn’t run for several days.
