feature req: link to go to 404 error URL from admin

In the admin “Captured 404 URLs” display, when you hover on a URL, you get the ‘Edit | Trash | etc.’ links.
It would be great to have a “View” link which opened the URL in a new window.
That would let me quickly see the 404 page so I can see the 404 Page Suggestions. That’s very handy because I often want to just create a permanent redirect to the top suggestion to clean up old broken links.
Bonus: Show me a “top suggestion” control too, with a “create permanent redirect”. So it lets me help the plugin along with the “this suggestion is good enough” for the 404s that it’s not redirecting automatically on it’s own.
