Feature photo duplication

    Can someone please provide more info on how to remove a duplicate photo from being created when uploading a feature photo here is an example:

    Futsalclubtoronto.com/team/men’s/

    The logo on the left prior to the team photo is the duplication. I had it running fine then all of a sudden the duplications started appearing and I can not understand why.

    Can anyone provide a step by step process to removing it. All my teams links are like this.
