Feature Manual Controls Not Working

I can’t get the manual navigation buttons to show up on my Feature Page slide show, even though I’ve set the Feature Viewing Time (Timeout) to 0 AND the Transition Time to 0 (I’ve played with these controls extensively).

Also, (and this is weird) I keep getting a version of Feature Box 3’s code at the footer of all my pages. I’m not sure where that comes from.
