Hiya, my blog posts are not showing feature images. Background: I just imported my WordPress.com site to the WordPress hosting platform on GoDaddy.com where my domain is. There was a problem with the import ie not all media files were imported, so this could be the cause. But if I redo that import, will I lose all the changes I’ve made so far to my site? This is my issue:

The feature images appear to be in my posts as I have the option to ‘remove feature image’, but they’re not displaying either in dashboard or on the front end. I usually only have one image per post and that image (or the first image in the post if there are two) is my feature image. I also can’t see these images in my media library, assuming because of the import.

So far I have deactivated the plug ins, but it didn’t work. What’s my next step?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I forgot to say I can see all the images if I click on my posts, so although I can’t see them in the media library, they are there. They are just not showing up as the feature image.

    Hi @laurenaustin80

At first, thank you for your response and for choosing our theme.

It is better to contact ar first your server/hosting provider and ask them to check for the issue, as you mentioned, during the migration some files may be damaged.

As the theme functionality, we see on the link provided, the blog post displays the featured images without any issue. Here is the screenshot on our end: https://nimb.ws/qwvnEd
