    Hello.

We still have the problem of the feature images.

When we installed the plugin about a month ago, it would get the feature images to the target site. And it will keep the content, including the link of images, as the source site.

Which means in the content, the post of the target site was still showing the image of the source site, which we like that.

To make it easier to understand, let say the source site is aaa.com, and the target site is bbb.com. The post in aaa.com has a image, which is, https://aaa.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/sample.jpg. Then the post sync in bbb.com, the image link also is, https://aaa.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/sample.jpg. Which is good as we do not want to duplicate photos in the target site.

However, recently, we found that when syncing the posts, the feature images are missing, and the image link of the target is also changed to the domain of the target site. As the sample above, the image link will change to https://bbb.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/sample.jpg

It is because there are no images are transferred when syncing the website, all images of the new posts in the target site are missing. We have to manually upload images back to the target site.

It was working before, and not sure why it has problems now.

The version we are using is 1.5.2.

Can you tell us what we should do?

    Thank you.

    Hi wesleyli,

Thanks for writing to us and letting us know about this. You’re right, the URL for the image on bbb.com should be updated and no longer refer to the image on aaa.com.

We would like to ask you to submit a support request at https://serverpress.com/contact/ so that we can get some additional information from you and log files. That will allow us to either fix the code or recommend how to resolve this.

    All the best,
    The ServerPress Team
