Feature image thumbnail not resizing

Hi all,

Any ideas of how the resize the feature image thumbnail for the post in the blog page?
I have tried to change it in settings\media and also using different plugins like Post Thumbnail Editor and Regenerate Thumbnails still no results. The feature image thumbnails is not resizing.
Any solution?
