Feature Image not showing when Publishing

    Every time I publish a new post the image does not get to be posted on GMB. But if I use the Update Post or Share Now button after that, then the post shows up with the featured image in GMB. I also tried a test to use the Share Now button before I Published and I got the same result with no featured image. I believe the plugin runs before the publish event finishes to include the image in the post.

    Hi, I can’t repeat the issue on my end. Maybe try disabling all plugins and trying a standard theme like Twenty Sixteen to see if you can isolate the issue. I will need to await for further reports to investigate. Thanks,

    I have done a test in a controlled environment: https://tzr.ro/wp-test/ and achieved the same issue. I am hosting my site on Bluehost.

    Are you doing this in a local environment or a live server? If you are on a local server then this is the issue. Thanks,

    Ok, that’s strange then, I can’t repeat this on my end and it’s not being reported by other users. On the plugin settings, in the help tab, in the last FAQ item, it provides diagnostic information. Please paste that info into this thread in case I see anything strange.

    Unfortunately, I don’t provide that level of support for free users of the plugin. You are not permitted to share login details and I am not permitted to ask for login details on this forum. So to provide support based on your actual website and a resolution, I recommend purchasing the pro version AutoSocial, that way we can carry out this conversation via email and you can provide necessary login details.

    Yes yes yes, I understand ?? I think this is something that happens specifically on this host, but the funny thing is that only this plugin has this minor issue. Maybe it’s something you can keep an eye on if future people encounter it.

    Here are the details:

    PHP Version: 7.0.33
    Wordpress Version: 5.0.3
    Plugin Version: 2.14
    HTTP OR HTTPS: HTTPS
    Active Plugins:
    MOJO Marketplace
    WP Google My Business Auto Publish
    Location Information:
    Blue Residence {“canUpdate”:true,”canDelete”:true,”isVerified”:true,”isPublished”:true}

    All these values seem fine to me.
