Feature Image Cropping Incorrectly

Hello,

I’m having an issue with Feature Images (the picture of the Team Member) cropping and displaying incorrectly. This is what I want them to look like:

The image is uploaded to WordPress correctly and with no issues, so there is something in the plugin causing this. Infact, the other profile images that are displayed correctly used to have this same image problem before it just fixed itself (and I’m not sure how).

Any help would be much appreciated.
