Feature Idea: Don't update "blog_public"

Since we often use this plugin for development sites that shouldn’t be indexed by search engines, it’d be nice if there were an advanced option the keep those reading settings the same when pulling from a live site to a dev site. We do a pretty good job of checking and making sure we switch it back from visible to hidden after a pull, but sometimes it slips by us.
