Feature Filter/Search

Hi,

I am wondering if there is already a search or filtration feature in a certain info in a page?

I am trying to put up company names in a database like format with their offered products/services. Not all companies are offering the same product so to easily filter which companies have soaps for example, then it can be done in a search box and automatically the results are displayed.

Somewhat like what Thunderbird is doing in the email filtration.
