Feature: Display post and taxonomy name on settings page

Sometimes different taxonomies (for different post types) have the same labels. It would be useful to show registered taxonomy name as well to distinguish them.
(Radio Buttons for Taxonomies plugin is a perfect example, although the screenshot there is outdated)
