• I like the basic premise of the existing bridge but would like to make a number of changes.

    • Have a PHP script which adds to the OSTicket api/pipe.php which creates the user in WP if the user does not exist. I hacked a solution together which resides in the API directory using PHP and a shell script calling CURL. I ran into issues with environment hosting WP which did not allow me to make the call directly in PHP. I can provide this if desired.
    • Option to make the user registration/login required before submitting tickets.
    • Ability to display knowledge base articles, after login

    Hello Tim,
I will check into adding your requests, now that I have tested with osTicket v1.8.0.2 and is included with my new version of the plugin.

I would like to see your php script for api/piping, can you send to: michaelb(at)a1.9com

    Thanks…

    Michael,

No luck sending the email. I get a relay error when sending from Gmail, Google Apps, company Exim server and even local Exim server direct.
You can try my email tspear(at) tangible payments . com
