Feature box settings

Good afternoon,
I try to translate the feature box settings, contents and the ID of my website but i don’t find how i can do it. i try to use the localisation but it’s not successful. Here is my website https://www.hoteldeverdun-nevers.fr
As you can see, menus are translate in different languages but not the 4 pictures under and when you click on it, there is only possiblity with the french page
