Feature Box module link

Is there any way to make the Feature Box module link to a page? The option exists to have the Hover Icon module have a link – but it would be helpful to have the Feature box linkable as well.

Perhaps just the header if necessary – otherwise have it be the whole box with maybe a color over option ??
