    Hello

As I made a row of ‘Feature a page widgets’ on my pages using SiteOrigin Page Builder my site suddenly wouldn’t load anymore, and now it will only load if I deactivate the plugin. I would like to keep using the plugin as I haven’t found any other easy-to-use Feature a Page widget, but what can I do to make it work with my site?

    Cheers, Dea

    Hi @deajacobsen,

Thanks for using Feature a Page Widget!

I was unable to replicate this problem using WordPress 4.7.2, Feature a Page Widget 2.0.10, and SiteOrigin Page Builder 2.4.25 in Chrome.

Please make sure that you’ve updated all plugins and WordPress and test again.

If you still see the problem, please open up your browser’s dev tools on the problem page and see if there are any errors in the Javascript console. In Chrome on Windows, you can hit CTRL + SHIFT + J to open this. If you find errors, please paste them into a response here.

If not, please try turning off all other plugins besides FaPW and Page Builder and test again.

If you can isolate the problem to a specific combination of page builder components, let me know about that too.

I’m closing this issue since there hasn’t been a response for 3 weeks. Please respond or open a new thread if this is still broken and you’ve tried some of the above suggestions.
