[FEATURE] Group Changes + Edit Email notifications

Unless there is already a way – didn’t notice whether you can multi-select multiple ‘changes” as a set to be notified without the need to create change notifications en masse.

I know I can choose “any’ but not all changes are relevant for certain users.

It would also be nice to be able to customise the email notification and include a link to the change – whether a page, post or image etc.
