[Feat] Hook for partial payment

    Hello,

    Could you please add a hook for when a partial payment is made ? The Woocommerce default hooks only handle order hooks. Use case : I must notify another system at each payment.

    Hi, normal order complete and payment complete hooks will work for partial payments. Can you specify what you are exactly looking to achieve.?
