Hello! Currently Push Notifications for WordPress only supports GCM, but we are planning the migration to FCM. Stay tuned!

I’m switching my application to FCM today, just because of unavailability of FCM in this plugin, I’ve to deactivate this… If there is a quick change of GCM to FCM conversion then please do let me know, I’ll update your plugin..
    Thanks..

    As Google says here:

Updating these endpoints is not strictly required, as Google will continue to support the existing GCM endpoints.

You can try to use it unchanged and it will work.

Thank you so much for your response, It worked!! Actually I tried this before too but It didn’t run because of invalid device token and I thought that this plugin doesn’t support it.. Thank you once again ??

    Hello!

I’m developing an Android app for a company which would use FCM for push notifications but your plugin only supports GCM at that time. Are you still working on that feature like you mentioned it a few months ago and can you estimate the release date?

    Sorry for lack of clarity!
Of course I’m using GCM in my app now because of unavailability of FCM and it works brilliant. But do you expect to release the FCM feature in your plugin in future and can you estimate when?

    Thanks for answering!

You can use FCM in your application and connect to our plugin, it will successfully deliver notifications.

At the moment we have not planned a full support to FCM so you can implement FCM in your application and use it as is.
