It’s called WYSIWYG by Moises Kirsch.

But it an Beta-Version of FCK and there is also a version II, that uses HTMLArea.
I’m in email-contact with the author. Within the next days he wants to release a new version. But he isn’t sure whether to implement FCKEditor or TinyMCE. (HTMLArea is out of development.) He dropped FCK in Version II because of its buggyness at that time.
Just wait a few days and you will know more…
