Fck editor image uploading broken

I just installed a plugin that lets me use fck editor. I really like the added functionality. However the default image adding system of wordpress no longer works. When I click on add image with fck editor it has a spot to put the url in. I click on browse and it loads another window behind the one I have open that I can’t click on unless I close the add image window. Then I can see images or upload images but I can’t add them to the post. Does anyone know where I am going wrong? thanks.
