FC not listed after download and activation

    I deleted the Free-Counter!!!! widget by mistake, instead of dragging it out of the footer in to the inactive area. After I removed and reinstalled it completely and now I can see it in the Installed plugins. All though the free counter is not on the widget list in Appearance folder so I can’t place it in the footer or sidebar.
    How do get it to appear on the widget list again?
