    Hi, we have set product “virtual” before wrongly…and thus the FB Sync is disable by your plugin….Then we change the product back to normal product, but the system do not change back to FB Sync Enable.

    Shall I know how I can fix this ?

    Thanks for writing to us about our plugin! I’m sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected. I am happy to help out here. ??

    You can do so by editing the Product in the admin and head to the product’s Facebook tab where you should see an “Include in Facebook sync” setting that should be enabled in order to re-enable sync.

    You can read more about product sync settings in our documentation, where you can also learn about how to enable/disable sync from the product bulk actions.

    Would you please give that a try and let me know how it works for you?
