    Hi,
everything is updated to the latest version (WordPress, theme, all plugins included Facebook for WooCommerce).
I created three sets and connected to the corresponding Woocommerce product categories but only one product per set is synced.
There aren’t problems when syncing the whole catalogue.

    Thank you in advance,
    Davide

    Hi @dema7,

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

Since your whole catalog is synced properly, it sounds like your products are generally configured correctly to sync. Here are a few things to try right away:

    • Were categories properly set? Double check that your products are in the correct categories. If not, assign the categories and retry the manual ‘Sync products’ button in Marketing → Facebook → Product sync.
    • Does creating fresh catalogs / resetting the connection help? Sometimes starting from a clean slate can resolve issues. Consider creating new Facebook catalogs for your sets, reconnecting the Facebook plugin, and retrying the sync to see if the products start syncing correctly.
    • Are any logs generated? Check for logs in WooCommerce → Status → Logs, and from there select the most recent ‘facebook’ log from the dropdown and click ‘View’. If you do not see any logs generated, please check ‘Enable debug mode’ in Marketing → Facebook → Connection, retry the product sync, and check the logs again. Make sure no information you don’t want shared is in the logs, and then you can share the logs with us via a tool like pastebin.

Please let us know what you find so we can continue to help you troubleshoot – or what fixed the issue if it is resolved!

    Hi,
I can’t create a new catalog in Facebook because it’s used for ads and Facebook Shop, but I tryed to check the categories and they are right.
Tried the manual sync and activated the log.

I had to upload the log in a .txt file because it exceeded the maximum size for Pastebin: https://sendanywhe.re/WV70J2S4

Thank you very much, have a nice day,

What I would try next is simply deleting all the product from FB and starting over. This can be done as shown here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products/

Can you try that, then syncing again after and seeing if that helps?

    Thanks!

    Thank you,
do you think deleting the products on the Facebook catalog and reimporting them will change the products IDs?

    Thank you,

    Also,
I inserted the script in theme file functions.php and then visited the wp-admin as an administrator but nothing happens and all products are still in Facebook catalog.

    Thank you,

In the meantime I tried to manually delete all sets and items in Facebook Catalog.
Then manually resync from the plugin page wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-facebook&tab=product_sync

Now the products are all synced again but the sets didn’t. If before the sets appeared but with only one product, now the sets don’t appear at all.

    Hi @dema7

For those sets, could you try doing this manually for each product using the “Delete product(s) on Facebook” option from within the Edit Product page?

Afterward, syncing products again from within **Marketing > Facebook > Product sync** should resolve the issue.

    Hi,
    I can confirm that:
    – the plugin is at it’s latest version
    – the products are imported in FB catalog without problems
    – The product categories in WP are organized right and the products are assigned in the right way
    – Facebook sets are created in FB catalog

    – Only one product is imported in the created set

Hope to hear from you soon, thank you very much,
    Davide

    Hi Davide,

Thanks for the confirmation. Could you please confirm that you have also tried these steps:

For those sets, could you try deleting each product manually using the “Delete product(s) on Facebook” option from within the Edit Product page?

Afterward, syncing products again from within **Marketing > Facebook > Product sync** should resolve the issue.

Let us know how you go.

    Hi guys,
I have the same issue. I tried the John’s method but I still have one product into each product set.

For those sets, could you try doing this manually for each product using the “Delete product(s) on Facebook” option from within the Edit Product page?

Afterward, syncing products again from within **Marketing > Facebook > Product sync** should resolve the issue.

The strange thing is that the filter seams good but in the facebook console, only 1 product appears in the list : https://ibb.co/WV2mnHB

After 30 minutes, all the products appeared in their product sets.

    Hello,

I’m also having the same problem. I’ve tried to solve the problem in every possible way, including all the suggestions presented in this topic, but the sets still appear with only one product on the Facebook platform.

Could you guys give me some support with this issue?`
