FB product sets have only one product per set

Thanks for reaching out.

Yesterday I deleted my shop and setup the sync again, deleting all transient data (WordPress and Woocommerce) beforehand but unfortunately I only get to see 1 product per FB product set.

Are you using variable products by chance?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for getting back to us.

We have identified a bug in the plugin related to product sets, my apologies for the inconvenience. Our developers are investigating the matter.

We are finding that Product Sets and WooCommerce Categories do not sync correctly for variable products within Facebook for WooCommerce. This issue has been reported to our developers but we do not currently have an ETA on a fix for this.
